i want to narrate a bad customer experience from this service center
it would be less if i mention this incident as a height of irresponsibility i had given service of my car last week,.i was assigned a service executive Mr Bala.he appeared gentle but turned out to be a casual/irresponsible guy.i went to take delivery of vehicle,and found that they changed the floor rubber mats,mine was thick rubber mats and they changed with some other car's mats which is of a old thin syntethic type,luckily i found out this immediatly and told to the executive,he told me that its misplaced and the person has gone, when he comes next time for servicing we will replace this.how can he say something like this ????do i need to wait till he comes and live with this old mats ??its really a painful experience for any customer.
i got angry as what will i do with this old ugly floor mats....whereas mine is new rubber mats,my car is new,recorded only 3000 odd kms.after shouting a lot,one guy acting as a supervisor came in the pretext of settling things and told me tht its usual tht
these sort of mistakes happens while washing, and was very casual about that.Upon creating some scene,finally they agreed to replace the rubber mats,next day they came and replaced this.
